1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Data we collect
Account data: your full name, mobile number, password (never stored as you typed it, but in a protected one-way form that no one, including us, can turn back into your password), whether you are a student or a teacher, gender, the exams you choose, your exam date if you add it, your interface and explanation languages, and your Dokimoz serial number.
Learning data: your answers, diagnostic and reassessment results, practice sessions, time spent, the reasons you record for your mistakes, and your reports about questions.
Technical data: session, device and browser information, IP address, security logs, and aggregated website visit statistics.
Messages: what you send us by email or phone.
Payment data: when paid plans open, the payment provider processes your card details; we do not store your card number.
3. Why we use it
To create your account, verify your mobile number and run sign-in.
To provide diagnostics, practice, explanations and lessons, and to track your progress.
To improve content and questions, using aggregated data where possible.
To protect accounts and content from intrusion, copying and misuse, including a watermark with your serial number on questions, explanations and lessons.
To contact you about your account and your questions.
To meet legal requirements.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send you marketing messages without your consent.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers working for us:
WhatsApp (Meta), to send verification codes to your mobile.
Cloudflare, to run and protect the website and measure visits.
The hosting provider the platform runs on.
The payment provider, when paid plans open.
We may disclose data to government authorities when the law requires it.
5. Where your data is kept
Your data is currently stored in a data centre in Europe. If any data is transferred outside the Kingdom, this happens only as permitted by the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data or make it no longer linked to you within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
See your data and get a copy of it.
Correct data that is inaccurate.
Ask us to delete your data and your account.
Withdraw your consent where processing is based on it.
Send your request to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) if you believe your rights were not respected.
8. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and limit access to the people who need it to run the service. We will never ask you for your password or verification code by phone or email.
9. Users under 18
We recommend that users under 18 use Dokimoz with a parent's or guardian's consent. A parent or guardian may ask to see or delete their child's data by writing to [email protected].
10. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session security and remembering your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top, and we will tell you about any significant change when you sign in.
