1. Who we are
Dokimoz is an online exam-preparation platform operated by Whetstonez SMC Private Limited Information Technology Company (a limited liability company), Unified Number 7031207389, of 8912 Hamad Al Jaser Street, Ar Rawdah District, Jeddah 23435, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In these Terms it is called "Dokimoz" or "we".
2. Accepting these Terms
By creating an account or using Dokimoz, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. Eligibility and your account
If you are under 18, we recommend that you use the platform with your parent's or guardian's consent.
You create your account with a mobile number you own, and verify it with a code sent by WhatsApp.
Your account is personal. Do not share, sell or transfer it.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity in your account.
An account works on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device ends the earlier session.
Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. The service
Dokimoz provides diagnostics, practice, explanations, lessons and progress tracking to prepare for exams such as STEP and the General Educational exam of the Teacher Professional License, and any exams we add later.
Dokimoz is independent. It is not part of, and does not represent, the Education and Training Evaluation Commission (ETEC).
Your diagnostic result shows your performance within Dokimoz to guide your practice. It is not an official score or a prediction of one.
We do not guarantee any score, a pass in any exam, or the award of any license. The competent authority is the reference for registration, requirements and official results.
We may develop or change content and features over time.
5. Plans and payment
The features and prices of the Free plan and the paid plans are shown on the Plans page and at purchase.
Each paid plan covers one exam and gives access for 180 days from the date of purchase.
An additional reassessment is used within your current plan period and does not extend it.
When the period ends, the exam returns to the Free plan, and your history and results are kept.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy we publish before paid plans open, and the laws in force in the Kingdom.
6. Content and intellectual property
The questions, explanations, lessons, designs, and the Dokimoz name and logo are owned by us or licensed to us.
You may use them for your own exam preparation only.
You may not copy, photograph, publish, sell or share the content, collect it by automated means, or use it to train artificial-intelligence systems or to build a competing service.
Questions, explanations and lessons show a faint watermark with your Dokimoz serial number, to protect the content and trace any copying or sharing that is not allowed. The number does not reveal your name or mobile number to others.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or to other people's accounts.
Get around plan limits or locked content.
Create more than one account to obtain free features more than once.
Send offensive or misleading content through the platform or through question reports.
8. Suspension and termination
You may ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected].
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, and will tell you when we can.
9. Limits of liability
We work to keep content accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions.
If you find a mistake in a question or explanation, report it from inside the platform or by email.
To the extent the law allows, our liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us for the plan concerned.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top. For any significant change, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
11. Governing law and language
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
